Inserting photo's into access 2003

how do I insert photo's from a folder on my hard drive into a form in access
2003 without bloating the dbase.

Hi,
I guess you know this, but its safer to store the file name i.e. the path
and the filename rather than insert the picture. In the front end you can
load the picture from the file into a picture control.
