Can I send a SMS for my computer via access to anopther mobile phone?

You will need to subscribe to someone who allows you to send SMS message via
their network, I have this working so yes can be done but you are going to
pay x per message.

I use these guys for my SMS requirements, it costs me 2-3 pence per message
and it works by sending specific URL to them in that URL it has my username,
password, mobile number and text message and it works perfectly, only
problem, all my code is in VB.NET more than happy to share though.
