Getting fatal error that shuts down outlook when launching?

Every time I try to launch outlook I get a fatal error message and outlook
closes immediately. Is there a conflict with some other program or setting I
need to change that anyone is aware of?

suggest you post your question in an Outlook newsgroup. this newsgroup is
devoted to MS Access relational database software.
