Hello,

I have searched everywhere and still have not found what I am looking for...

I am looking for an Access template for real estate which will allow me to
have interactive forms with being able to select up to a number of certain
listings and compare them...maybe access is not what I need? I've tried
looking for templates for excel as well...

Please help...any suggestions...needs to be interactive...I've been on
internet all day searching...these listings would have images as well...

There are several professional products out there that allow you to do CMAs.
To build this in Access would take a great deal of work (I tried and gave
up). Most MLS services also allow you to build CMAs online.

I'd suggest looking at the commercial products or checking your MLS website.
TopProducer is a good one. It has a lot of built in templates for things
like CMAs, open house checklists, FSBO letters, etc. It is not cheap, but
pays for itself pretty quickly.
