How can I prevent a form from changing record when I use the scro.

Re: MS Access 97. Sometimes in a form the record will change after using the
scroll wheel on a mouse. Can the scrolling wheel be deactivated? What can be
done to prevent the form from jumping from one record to the next when using
the scroll wheel?
