Where can I go to get a sample database design?

Our school is working on collecting information on grants and scholarship
money.  Is there a sample database design that we can use?   I am not very
good at starting from scratch.  If I have something to go by I can change it
to fit our needs.

Thanks,

Don't have any direct leads, but have you tried Googling...?
