How do I activate an option group to function in a table?

I created a check box in a table; my intent was to create an option group. I
created an option group (3 choices) in form design and it works there but in
the corresponding table theres just the check box that was created in table
view.

Please help me create an option group that accepts data input in both form
and table views.

Note: all other entries in form view are copied to the table view; its just
the one field with the option group that isn't working properly. Thank you
in advance.

Tables do not, and cannot, contain checkboxes, or option groups. They
contain DATA. Don't confuse data *storage* with data *display*! Yes/No
fields can be displayed as a checkbox, as a text field (Yes or No,
True or False), or as a number (-1 for Yes, 0 for No). An Option Group
control is suitable for a field of type Number... Integer or Number...
Byte, but what's stored in the table is a numeric value.

Change the datatype of this field in your Table from Yes/No to
Number... Integer; and don't use table datasheets for ANYTHING except
design and debugging.
