When I look at my relationship window I have duplicates of most of my tables.
They arn't there in the data view of my tables.  If I delete them in the
relationship window they pop back up when the relationship window is
redisplayed.?

Hi Marina

Are you using lookup functions in your table definitions?

If so, have a look:
http://www.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm
The use of lookup functions in table definitions causes this. You should use
lookup functions at the form level.

Thank you:  Will simple lookup functions that get data from keyed "value
lists" cause this, or only queries that get data from actual tables tables?
