I have created a report from my tabel in access but there
is information in the report that I do not need in there,
I only want it in the table

You can create a query and use that as a basis for your report.

In a query, you pull only the fields you want, and can further restrict the
data returned by setting criteria on the fields.

If you need further help, be more specific.  What is showing up that you
don't want?
