I have used Access 2000 to create a table which contains a status field
I have defined it as memo and use it to maintain a running log

My question is,"Is there a way to update this field without zapping the data
that's already entered?

Am I dreaming in technicolor or what

Yes: just type into your text box below what is there already... I think I
must be missing what the difficulty is.
