Good Morning all

I’m developing a db for optician’s patient records.  Part of the db is to
select and print letters to remind patients that an eye test is due and book
an appointment when they respond or if they fail to respond, to send a 2nd
reminder 4 weeks later.

Rather than me cobble something together that will be less than ideal, has
anyone modelled this letter tracking scenario?

TIA
johnb

John,

Your application is very simple and very specialized.   You  are probably
better off just making it the way you want it.  But.....

Nearly any contact management or CRM application will do what you describe.
(such as Act, Goldmine)
