Trying to create an input form which has a field which will populate a
multivalue field in a table. However I cannot get the wizard to display the '
allow multiple values check box '. This is true for the table and the form.
The database was first created in the 2003 version and then converted, might
this be the problem???
Help please!!

Maybe you are thinking of a numerical field used with an Option Group on a
form.
Or are you thinking of a triple state checkbox on a form, that has
True/False/Null or Yes/No/Null as states.

1. Make sure you have converted this to an ACCDB (not merely an MDB opened
with A2007.)

2. In table design view, select the field where you want multiple values.

3. In the lower pane, click the Lookup tab, and choose Combo as the Display
Control.

4. Set the Allow Multiple Values property to Yes.
