how do i create my own payslip?  Is there a template somewhere i can use.

Are you using Microsoft Access (the topic of this newsgroup)?  If so, do you
have pay data saved in your tables?

If so, just open a new blank report and create your payslip using the data
in your tables combined with the literals you need to label the data.

I don't believe there is a payroll sample database out there.
