When I am out of the country, I get my e-mail through the
internet.  Now that I have MS Outlook 2003 in my new
Gatway, nothing is coming through.  So, the only way I
can get my e-mail is go to my office.  I can't get it
from home or anywhere else.  This is a looming problem,
as I travel abroad a lot.

I am sure there is a switch somewhere but don't know what
to do.

Hi Mike,

This is a forum for MS Access database software. You'd be better of asking
the question in the correct forum for Outlook.

At any rate,
Yes there's probably a switch somewhere, but without clearer description of
the problem I cant imagine which switch it would be.

So nothing is coming through, any error messages? does it just sit there? is
it hung up? does it freeze?
Who is your email provider? Have you talked to them?

If you have a new email software installed, there are settings and
configurations that need to be entered (i.e. account name, password, mail
server, etc. etc.). Have you done these?

Are you saying that your newly installed MS Outlook 2003 works at your
office but not at home or anywhere else? or what?

Sorry can't be of more help,
