I have XP as my operating system, but I have Microsoft
Office 97 from my previous machine.  I installed it all
programs work except Acess.  The error message I get says
"Microsoft Access won't run because there is no license
for this machine."

I have the license, and the number and the disk.  Why
won't it work.  I've uninstalled and installed office 97
twice, and it still doesn't work, powerpoint, excel
everything works except Access. Help somebody, Help!

Thanks
Rosemary

Common problem usually caused by, of all things, a font. See:

Thank you so much.  That fixed it.

Happy Holidays!
