Access 2000 Menus

Can anyone tell me how to reinstate full menu. Iswitched
it off by accident by going to Tools>StartUp>Hide full
menu.

Hold down the shiftkey while you open the database.  This will bypass
anything set in Tools, Startup and also an autoexec macro.
