I am trying to reinstall Access 2002 on a laptop that I
had to reformat the hard drive, and it is not allowing me
to continue after entering the product key. What do I do?

Look for something simple, like using the letter "O"
instead of a zero. If you reformatted the hard drive and
you are doing a fresh install, there is no good reason
why you should not be able do a normal install. Please
let me know what you find.
