I tried to install the Jet hot fix; it said I needed Office SP3.  I installed same.  The hot fix install still says I need SP3.  My app is broken - Access causes a protection fault.  Pleez help.

Yes, I've rebooted.  It still says I need SP3 installed.  Access 2000 displays SP3 in the About box.
