We have an application running at several of our client's stores. Most of
them are running 2000, but a couple of stores are still using 97.

We would like to set up all the stores to use the same version and is
wondering which version to go with. We work mostly in 2000, so it would be
simplest for us to move everyone to 2000. Several of the stores do not have
Office installed, so we have set them up with the Access runtime.

The client has Office 97, 2000 and XP so the question is: Are there any
significant advantages in going to 2002?

The stores have an eclectic mix of platforms, including Win 98 SE , 2000
Pro, ME, and XP Home Edition and are running Windows networks, except for
one location, which uses Novell.

We have 2002 and have had no problems with it, but we don't have much
experience with it. We got it mostly because it handles upsizing to SQL
Server better.

Any comments would be appreciated.
