For the last couple of weeks, when I start either program [under Vista Home
Premium], part way thru' "Installing ....", I get a nessage box that says
that the system can't write to the Registry key HWXInk.E-Ink CLSID
{13DE4A42-8D21-4C8E-BF9C-8F69CB068FCA}.
I also note that I have 2 sets of such keys, HWXInk.E-Ink  and HWXInk.E-Ink.1
I have no idea what they do or why they are there, but I understand from
other message boards that ignoring this error will lead to reduced
functionality [which it does]

Failed corrective actions include:
1 - Amending all the permissions in Regedit.exe
2 - Taking ownership of the Key
3 - Running both versions of Access As Administrator
4 - Running both versions of Access Not As Administrator

No Error Log is being created for this problem, and I really do not want to
be re-installing both versions.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated - it's driving me "nuts"
Regards
Dave B.

When you say you tried running both versions of Access as Admin, have you
actually done this:
