Access 2003, User can't open reports in design view or preview. However when
logged in to computer as administrator they open fine. Other users with same
permissions (one other computers) don't seem to have this problem. Not even
sure where to start here.
Thanks in advance

Is there a default printer defined for the user profile with the problem?

Yes there is a default printer set for this user profile.

Check whether setting a different printer as the default makes a difference.

Setting a different printer as default did make a difference. The onsite
person is looking at the computer to see if he can make it work. If there are
any other thoughts I'd be happy to pass them on.
Thanks

Nothing specific, other than to check that you've got the most up todate
drivers for the printer.
