hello.  first i need adivse on how to do this.  i have several remote users
using access97 databases that are connected to sql servers.  can someone
outline a plan of action for me.  i've already been able to convert two of
the databases.   it's actually very easy.  but i have a mde database that
won't convert.  how do i convert that mde database to access2002?  thanks for
the help.

You cannot convert an mde.  You must have the mdb to do a conversion.
If you don't have the .mdb and can prove ownership there is a service
that can reverse engineer the mde.  I don't have a link to that service
on this computer - perhaps someone else does.

Also, I have NO idea how much the service charges or how good the
results are.
