You'll need to read the EULA (End User Licensing Agreement), but AFAIK, the
only time it's legitimate to install the product on two separate computers
if one's a desktop and the other's a laptop and you're not using both
concurrently.

Wait is AFAIK? I don't really want it in the XP computer, and they will not
run concurrently.
