Access 2007 Update Installation on more than 1 Computer

I need to install Access 2007 on XP computer running works suite 2003 and on
Vista Computer running Office Basic Edition. If I buy the Update package
would I be able to install in on both computers? It is needed for one program
that is not yet vista compatible so we need to install on the XP computer for
now, then on the Vista computer later when the program that needs it to run
is compatible

You'll need to read the EULA (End User Licensing Agreement), but AFAIK, the
only time it's legitimate to install the product on two separate computers
if one's a desktop and the other's a laptop and you're not using both
concurrently.

Wait is AFAIK? I don't really want it in the XP computer, and they will not
run concurrently.
