Product Key for Office Pro 2003 Won't Work

I havce a legit CD; but when I enter the key on the case it says "Invalid"
I've looked around the MS support sites but couldn't an answer. This version
was successfully installed on an old Toshiba. The one that doesnt work is a
Dell.

Sounds like you're going to have to call their activation line and speak to a
support agent. I did and within minutes everything was fixed. You sound be
able to find the number on the MS website.
