Is there a way to download and instal the Office XP onto my regular XP system
without having to replace the system entirely?

1. This is an Access database forum so your question only has the slightest
link to it.

2. Office XP and Windows XP are not the same thing. One is a suite of office
programs such as Word while the other is an operating system.

3. You can not download a legal copy of Office XP and install it. You must
buy the program.
