MS Access 2003 & Win2K3 in TS mode

Hello all, I have Win2K3 EN in TS mode and Office 2003 Professional CZ
(czech) installed on it. All hotfixes anf updates installed. I face to this
problem:

When I create on this machine a small application in MS Access (e.g. 1 form
with button for closing it) and run this "application" I get the error
message saying something like this:

"On Click event of this form caused an error: During communication with OLE
server application or ActiveX component an error (problem) occured."

If I click "Details" button of this error message, I get, beside others,
this recommendation:

"VBA Application encountered error when accessing property or method. Try
the following: -> Check linked dll libraries....."

I checked all linked dlls, no one common is missing. The application is very
simple (1 form and 1 button), uses only defaut libraries.

I tried both Access 2003 (.adp or .ade) and Access 2000 - 2002 (.mdb or
.mde) application format. The Office 2003 was installed according to MS
OIffice 2003 implementing procedure for servers running TS (application) mode.

I tried to create the appliaction on another machine with same result.

I always worked under domain admininstrator account, so access-violation
issues shouldn't take place in this case.

Any ideas, what is the problem?

It seems to me, it has something to do with VBA, which is normally
problem-free component.

Could it be, that I'm using Office CZ version on Win2k3 EN server? Another
Access application, very complex and programmed in Spain, works on same
machine perfectly (.ade format, uses ODBC connection to MS SQL server,
macros, modules etc.)

Thanks for all comments.

You have to check the Win2k3 'Regional and Language Options' for the
non-Unicode prgrams of the TS!

In an international environ use an EN Access to build applications! Access
don't like non ACSII characters in the naming of objects!
