template trouble

i need to change a template from a 3 row to a 2 row and not lose my work? how
do i transfer over the work from one template to the other without losing my
work and having to type it over...

Be fair, magismom.

How would we know what sort of template in what product you're talking about?

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access setup troubles.

Just guessing, can't you copy and paste from one to the other? Maybe a column
at a time?
