I just upgraded my OS from XP Home ot XP Professional.  I can no longer get
to ODBC data sources through the Link Table or Import windows.  I click on
type ODBC data source, the machine chugs for a second, but the usual ODBC
data source dialog window/wizard does not appear.

I've tried resetting Jet 4.0 settings, reloaded Access, and made sure that I
have the latest updates.  Nothing helps.

Any ideas?

The problem was with Norton Internet Security 2006.  The Office plug in is
causing the problem.  I turned off the plug ins and it worked fine.
