I have an XP Windows. Since I got it I didn't have Windows Publisher in it.
So I was wondering how I can install Publisher. Can I download it from
somewhere or do I have to install it from a CD that is sold somewhere?
Publisher is a separate product, so it does need to be purchased.
If you have more questions about Publisher, you'd be best off asking in a
newsgroup related to Publisher. This newsgroup is for questions about
setting up and configuring Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

If you have MS Office it's on CD no. 2 which some people forget to install
since Office, with it's standard setup can be installed from CD 1 alone.
Other than that it's like Douglas said.
