We bought a copy of Office 2003 Professional Edition, I currently have the
Student/Teacher edition installed.  When I tried to install the Professional,
it tells me that Office is not installed on my computer, HELP!  Desperately
need access to Access!
Thanks!

You must have purchased an Upgrade edition, as opposed to a "New" edition,
of Office 2003.

No version of the Student/Teacher edition qualifies for upgrades: that's
part of the reason why its price is so much lower.
