Hi Roy,

By any chance, do you have the Name Autocorrect (aka Name Autocorrupt)
option set?

Failures caused by Name Auto-Correct

(see the section titled "It causes problems with reports:")

If my answer has helped you, please answer yes to the question that reads
"Did this post answer the question?" at the bottom of the message thread.

I'll take "it didnt work" as meaning "Name Autocorrect is not set (any
longer)".

I don't know....the next step that I would try is to delete the printer from
your Start > Settings > Printers menu, and then re-install it.

The fact that you cannot see print preview is not surprising if Access
cannot locate a valid printer on your system. This is behavior by design.
