I have the professional microsoft 2000 sr-1, and I have the office 97.
Office 97 has access but not 2000.  Can I load 97 access only and will it run
with 2000.

Yes, you can install Access 97 without installing the rest of Office 97.
However, Office 2000 Professional Edition does include Access 2000, so if
you're sure that it is the Professional Edition that you have, look again,
Access 2000 is included. You may need to re-run Office 2000 setup to install
it.
