In outlook I find that notes I have included in my contacts file are lost and
retrievable olny from back-ups.  On machines whrere I have installed Office
2003 over 2000 I find files from My Documents have been like wise lost.  It
was a real mistake to install Office 2003 with out learning a lot more about
it.  I am not sure I would have upgraded to 2003.

I'd suggest posting this to a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about setting up and configuring Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.
