My office 97 keeps telling me " this machine don't have a license.

My pc is windows xp pro. It won't let me use, Office 97. Tells me" this
machine does not have a license. What is the problem?

Assuming you are talking about Access 97 it
is a fairly common bug caused by a font of all things.

There is a free download to fix the problem but it only works on Windows 98 I believe.
