I am unable to create a table by using the Wizard.  I get
a message that the "feature isn't installed, or has been
disabled."  However, it has been installed and it is not
diabled.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I am using
Access 2002.

I am having the same problems with XP and office 2003! So
far I have repaired, uninstalled and re-installed to no
avail! If there is an answer I'd sure like to know what it
is. If I find one I'll let you know.

I too have reinstalled Access several times to no avail.
Unfortunately info on this is not readily available
anywhere.  I'm at a loss, if reinstalling it doesn't work
then what do I need to do.  Help!

I called MS to find a solution to this.  Here was the
resolution that fixed it:

esolution:
------------
- Checked the value for sandbox mode from the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\Engines-
Changed the value of sandbox mode from 3 to 2.
