How can I open my access database automatically when
Access is started.  I have specified the folder where my
database resides in Tools/Options/General/Default
database folder.  I have also tried to put the database
name in the Start In line on the Access shortcut.  I
assume there is some way to specific a default database
to open at startup.  However, I can't find anything about
this in the Access Help (online or offline) or in the MS
Knowledgebase.

Thanks.

There's no way to specify a default database that I'm aware of. Why not just
create a shortcut to your application and open it, rather than opening
Access?

The easiest way I know of is yp put a shortcut to the database file in
the Windows Startup folder.
