Access 97 with windows 2000

Have recently upgraded to windows 2000 and now I get a no
licence error whey I try to start access.  Have tried
reloading from the office 97 disk and have re-entered the
cd key etc.

Any suggestions?

Common problem, usually caused by (of all things) a font.
