One additional question about securing database

I just posted a message as to how to secure my database on our network .. I
forgot to ask .. there is one person I would like to give permission to
change my fields and to add/delete information .. is there a way to do that?

I am using Office 2007

Give them the ability to enable the bypass key.  There is a free utility
(Albert Kallal's) that will do this here:
