not able to run network executables in 2003 server

Hi
I have a problem running network executables on a 2003 Server SP2 box.
When am log on as the Admin i can run them fine, but when i log on as user
of the domain with admin rights am not able to run them. Has anyone else
every had this problem.  I have two 2003 domain contollers and i can log on
to them and run the executables with out any problems at all.  

Should could use some help !!!

Sorry, this newsgroup is intended for questions about security in Access,
the database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting to a newsgorup that deals with Win 2003.
