I have a database that was built unsecure and split.  I have taken the front
end and built the all the Secururity groups and tested them all for proper
function.  Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of or a certain procedure
I should use to link the secure front end with the back end and secure the
back end with a minimum of downtime for the database?  The back end is hosted
on a server.

You need to secure the BE using the same workgroup as the FE.  I'm assuming
you followed the steps in the FAQ (link on my web site).
