I have developed a Db for my work in a hospital where we have a turn over of
junior doctors who will be using my app. Is it possible to give them a login
that has a password that would expire after a set period of time, say 3
months or 6 months?

Thanks for your help,
Ian.

Not natively.

You might be able to build in code that checks the last time they changed
the password and prompt them, but there's no guarantee that it wouldn't be
possible to get around that.
