This is a follow on from an old thread:
http://groups.google.co.uk/group/microsoft.public.access.security/browse_frm/thr

There is a new tool available that helps to protect the source code in ADE
and MDE files:

In particular, you may be interested in the examples of reverse engineered
code before and after using the utility:

No it isn't , it's spam.

Keith,

If you read the original thread, you will understand that I posted back in
December regarding this utility, in response to a concerned developer.  At
that time I said that I would post back when the utility would be available,
but unfortunately the thread was too old to reply to (I believe the limit is
30 days), therefore I had to create a new thread.

If you consider that spam, then please accept my apologies - that was
certainly not the intention.

Wayne.

I searched for your name in all nine of the MS Access groups I subscribe to
and found only one post - this one.  This led me to the conclusion that the
purpose of the post was to generate interest in your products which, AIUI,
is against the NG charter.  If I'm wrong then I welcome the correction.

Keith.

To be fair, I'm not what you would call a "regular" in these newsgroups -
but I have, in the past helped out here occasionally (but not for several
months due to work schedule).
A quick search of my name + Access in the google groups would give you some
examples.

Perhaps I should've been clearer in the initial post - e.g. by quoting from
the thread it was relating to.  The post was intended purely for those that
were following the original thread.

Like I said, if you consider it spam, then point taken, apology given and I
will be clearer in future.

Wayne.
