When I save my database as backup to a CD it is read only; why?

1.  How can I access it and work with it....
2.  How can I save in the future so it isn't read only?

Many thanks.

Yes...a CD is read only media.  Copy it to media that is NOT read only, open
Windows Explorer, right click on the file, select properties, and then
uncheck the read only attribute.  As for saving in the future...the answer
should be fairly obvious...don't save to CD unless you're willing to deal
with the read only issue.
