Can any help me figure out what system security changes
were made to my system that will not allow me to access
college web page who uses Active X?

Sorry: this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

Try reposting your question in a Windows XP group (they start
microsoft.public.windowsxp), or one related to your browser
(microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6)
