Someone tried to access my hotmail account I know because it locked up my
account say too many attempsts to log on with wrong pass word I have not
logged on in aboutr a week someone is trying to get my e-mails any way to
find out who ???

No.  Not unless somebody admits it to you.  Most likely, someone was
accidentally using your user name (which closely matches his own user name)
and typing his own password, and Hotmail authentication didn't allow him
access to the account.
