Workgroup record lock

I am trying to get five other compters in Workgroup to access a form in Access.
I keep getting a message when I am setting up one of the computers about
record lock needs to be in another directory.
Security is a low setting. (small law firm)
I read something about the need to download jet something or other.
Please help.

Ensure that all the users have full windows permissions on the folder where
the mdb is.
