Database needs to be repaired

I have a lot of users entering data on forms and it seems
my database is always telling me that it needs to be
repaired. So I have everyone get out and hit the repair
button. I have tried to troubleshoot by having two
computers fill out the forms and close at the same time
but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Is there some
type of log file that will tell me what error out or what
happened?

Thanks for your help.

No, there is no log file to store that kind of information, unless one was
created by the developer of the database. It doesn't happen automatically in
Access. Also, the causes of corruption in Access can be pretty hard to track
down. Tony Toews has a webpage that lists some of the most common causes and
some possible fixes.
