Is there a way to bring these menus back after taking
them away once you have taken away the toolbar to get to
the tools menu.  I have set no password or any kind of
security other than just unchecking the different menus.

Thanks

Can you right-click the menubar and choose customise, and recheck the menus?

If you disabled things in tools, startup, just hold down the shiftkey while
you open the database.
