Replicating tables to users

I am deploying a switchboard to my replicating users.  The switchboard shows
up in their form objects, but the table does not replicate.
How can I pick and chose tables, queries, & forms to either replicate or
not?  Is this possible or is there a better, more organized way of doing this?

A switchboard is a front-end object, and front ends should never be
replicated -- only data tables should ever be replicated.
