I have WindowsXP.

My customer wants invoices (reports) emailed.
Is there some simple way to do this.  I am
not technical.

Please help, Frank.

If you're talking about an Access2003 report, you
can generate the report in "Preview" and use the
"Send To" option under "File". There, you have
several choices as to the format of the file to be
sent. If you'll get to that point, you can post back
with more specific questions as they relate to the
format options provided.

Thanks.  I got to this point and Access sends
the report via Acrobat (as a pdf file) to
Outlook express.

I guess this is OK, but can Access send it to
Outlook Express as a Word2003 file (in case
my customers don't have Acrobat.)?

The options I see with a sample report are:

Rich Text
Excel 97-2003
HTML
Excel 5 7
text file
Snapshot

I only have the puff reader installed on this machine,
so I assume, at least for the current sample, that
a pdf format is not available.

My environment is Office 2003 Pro, so that means
WORD is installed. So, unless it's a case of one of
the Word formatters not being installed, that format
isn't generally available.

Your client can download a FREE copy of the
"Snapshot Viewer" from Microsoft, if they'd like
to see essentially a re-production of what you're
seeing on your machine. (Assuming they don't
have Access installed or already have the viewer.)

I would suspect it's far more likely that your customers will have a
PDF viewer installed than a Word viewer.  Also it's more difficult to
change a PDF file compared to a Word file.

Thanks for all replies.  I'll go with the
*.pdf files.
